Who I Am

With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master's in Kinesiology, I spent five years as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach before transitioning to private training and performance coaching. Now, I'm expanding my focus to combine my love for teaching, health, and faith into a platform that serves a broader audience.

I believe that true health is about more than physical strength. It's about living with purpose, building resilience, and honoring the unique potential God has given each of us. My journey has led me to create a space where I can share insights, tools, and encouragement to help others pursue holistic growth.
